Calibrated Performance Solutions, LLC, places the highest value on the privacy of our customers and maintains strong measures to safeguard information provided by customers. Our privacy policies, procedures and technical standards are designed to ensure that all customer information remains protected from unauthorized access.
Information we collect
We collect the following kinds of information in the process of providing services to clients:
1 -- Contact
For complimentary CPS-REPORTS, we collect only the name and email address of the User, as indicated on the CPS-REPORTS Input Form. For clients who pay for services of Calibrated Peformance Solutions, LLC, we collect billing information for the purpose of conducting business and completing transactions. This stored personal information, in addition to customer account number and password, is encrypted on the secure server, and are therefore inaccessible through the database.
2 – User data
Users may input information in the process of completing a CPS-REPORTS registration form or other forms as they may be introduced, for the purpose of generating statistical reports or other information for the User based upon that information. All data entered by Users on forms is automatically deleted from the website server after the User submits the form.
How we protect your information
Our system utilizes 256-bit Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) advanced encryption technology to prevent unauthorized access to any information on our website. Our SSL certificates convert your data into virtually impenetrable code that is safe from hackers and identity thieves.
SSL is a standard security protocol for creating an encrypted link between a web server and a browser. This secure link ensures that all data passed between the web server and browser remains private. The SSL can be used to create secure links to protect personal details, passwords and other transactions. To ensure maximum protection from any unauthorized persons, User data from the forms and all reports based upon that data is stored by Calibrated Performance Solutions, LLC, on an isolated server not connected to the Internet.
Who has access to the information?
Users / account holders may access only those documents which reside in their individual Home Page, and have no means of entering any other Home Page. For further protection, we require password verification for access to all Home Pages.
Any information submitted by a customer by other means such as mail, or by facsimile, is stored in a secure area. Access to this information is limited only to those employees who need the information to do their job effectively.
Calibrated Performance Solutions, LLC, does not share, rent, lease, license, sell or otherwise distribute customer information to external entities or individuals, except as mentioned elsewhere in this privacy statement.
Information we collect is accessible only by Calibrated Performance Solutions, LLC, or by its affiliates for business needs only. All employees and subcontractors of Calibrated Performance Solutions, LLC, are bound by strict confidentiality and non-disclosure agreements related to any information processed in the course of business.
The only time that someone other than an employee of Calibrated Performance Solutions, LLC, our affiliates or subcontractors will ever see or be privy to a customer's personal information is in the case of a judicial request (such as a subpoena) or if the company is acquired or sold.
Accountability
In addition to the privacy protections that we provide, our employees, agents and business partners are independently responsible for ensuring compliance with this Privacy Policy.
By purchasing our services, you obtain the protections of, and consent to the data processing practices described in, this Privacy Policy. When you purchase our services, you also represent to us that you have provided notice to, and obtained consent from, any third party individuals whose personal data you supply to us with regard to: (i) the purposes for which such third party's personal data have been collected, (ii) the intended recipients or categories of recipients of the third party's personal data, (iii) which of the third party's data are obligatory and which data, if any, are voluntary, and (iv) how the third party can access and, if necessary, rectify the data held about them.
Changes to this Privacy Policy
We reserve the right to change this Privacy Policy at any time, and if any changes do occur, we will announce them on our web site.
We will post any changes to this Privacy Policy 30 days before their effective date so you will always know what information we collect, how we use it, and under what circumstances, if any, we disclose it.
