Meet David W. Henry
Managing Principal
David Henry is a veteran business communicator and consultant, with more than 25 years of success in helping companies achieve success. He founded Calibrated Performance Solutions, LLC, with the mission of helping people to make the right decisions in a world of constant and rapid change.
With that in mind, David created the CPS-REPORTS framework to bridge general business consulting with a disciplined approach to performance/cost measurement and continuous improvement.
In addition, David specializes in communicating for desired results, with focus on strategic and tactical planning, executive speech writing, benefits plans, internal communication and communication strategy.
Career highlights: The Home Depot, The Coca-Cola Company
Prior to launching Calibrated Performance Solutions, LLC, in 2002, David served eight years as manager of executive communication at The Home Depot, writing speeches for the founders and coordinating internal communications. Most recently, he served as vice president of communication solutions for an Atlanta-based consulting firm. Earlier, he held various communication roles during 14 years at The Coca-Cola Company, including Coca-Cola USA communications and Corporate Human Resources. David began his career as a journalist and served as managing editor of two daily newspapers. He is a journalism alumnus of the University of Arizona
